With 3,900 square feet and four levels of living space, Park City Empire Escape is the ultimate in space and luxury. The home can accommodate up to 20 guests with its five bedrooms, and five and a half bathrooms.
The location is an easy walk to both Park City Mountain Resort and Historic Main Street so it will be convenient to enjoy all that Park City offers.
Living Room: Mountain contemporary furnishings, a gorgeous stone gas fireplace, and a 60” Smart TV.
Kitchen: Gourmet Kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances such as a six-burner Viking gas range. There’s a convenient kitchen bar with seating for four people. On the adjacent deck you’ll have a gas barbeque grill for those grilled favorites.
Dining Room: Seating for 6 at the Dining Room table.
Bedrooms:
Grand Master Suite (Level 4)- King size bed, day bed, and a lovey sitting area. There’s also a 50” TV for your enjoyment. In the private bathroom, you will find dual sinks a separate shower and jetted tub.
Master Bedroom 2 (Level 2) - King bed, 55’’ Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and a private bath with dual sinks, jetted tub, and a tile shower.
Bedroom 3 Bunk Room (Level 1) - Two Twin over Twin Bunk beds, private bath, and patio access.
Master Bedroom 4 (Level 1) - Queen bed, daybed with pull out trundle, 50’’ Smart TV, private bath, and patio access. Private bath includes; dual sinks and tub/shower combination.
Bedroom 5 Bunk Room (Level 1) - Full over Full Bunk beds, a twin bed and full bath access.
Game Room: Found on the second level with a 65” Smart TV, a pool table, a game table and a dart board — an awesome place for some games!
Hot tub: Yes, 8-seat private hot tub.
