Designed for style, comfort, and convenience, this luxury home is ideal for families, Sundance groups, and corporate retreats.

A short walk, even in ski boots, brings you to the Park City Mountain Resort base area, while an adjacent staircase makes it easy to head down to Main Street for shopping, dining, nightlife, galleries, and live music. Skiing, snowboarding, restaurants, and bars are all within easy reach, and free transit buses provide additional access around town—especially handy on snowy nights.

- Queen Suite 2: Another queen suite on a separate level, also featuring a stylish ensuite bath.
- King Master Suite (Top Level): King bed on the top floor with a private balcony, creating a serene retreat to start and end your day.
- Bunk Suite (Lower Level): Two sets of queen‑over‑queen bunks on the lowest level, ideal for kids, teens, or adults who want a fun shared space.

Both the top‑level king suite and the lower‑level bunk suite occupy their own floors, giving groups plenty of separation and privacy. A twin rollaway bed can be provided by request before arrival to bring total sleeping capacity to 15.
