The perfect mountain retreat, Lakeside 15 is perfectly positioned at the base of Deer Valley Resort’s Snow Park Lodge, just a block away from the slopes and a ½ mile to Park City’s historic Main Street! Perfect for all ages and groups, Lakeside’s 4-bedroom expansive floorplan offers 3,000 square feet of enjoyment, with a common area heated pool and hot tub to satisfy après ski relaxation.
Lower Deer Valley has long since been a desirable spot for guests due to its ideal proximity to Deer Valley and downtown Park City, immediate access to ski school, nearby access to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and of course Sundance Film Festival activities.
Lakeside 15 is the perfect choice in summer as well, being one of few properties offering air conditioning in lower Deer Valley and being walking distance to Deer Valley’s summer concert series or Park City’s Main Street attractions. Lakeside also offers a courtesy neighborhood shuttle for those who prefer a quick drop off at the base lodge in winter, as well as Park City’s free public transit route stop which is offered at the edge of the neighborhood, traveling to all three world class resorts and Main Street.
Vaulted ceilings and tasteful, cabin-inspired contemporary furnishings are attractive elements at Lakeside 15, along with the privacy of large bedroom suites offering ensuite baths. The bedding configuration has a King master suite upstairs with ensuite bath, a second suite upstairs which is a Jr Master Queen with ensuite bath, a lower-level King suite sharing a full bath with the lower-level bunk room that has Twin over Twin bunk set and a Twin over Full bunk set. Lakeside 15 sleeps 10 guest comfortably.
The Lakeside neighborhood pool and hot tubs in the common areas, along with changing rooms, showers, and a sauna provide guests with conveniences outside the home. The local Deer Valley Café only a block away from the Lakeside neighborhood is the perfect place to walk over to for coffee or brunch and enjoy the direct ski slope views.
