We’re back and better than ever following Hurricane Ian!
This gorgeous north end property is directly across the street from the beach, and is within walking distance to over 25 restaurants, bars, coffee shops and ice cream parlors. If you want to bike around the island, bicycle and scooter rentals are within 300 yards! If you bring your own kayaks or wave runner, a public launch is 200 yards from the front door. Regardless of how you want to explore the island, SeaHabilitate puts you in the heart of the action!
Double entry doors lead to the large vaulted ceiling and vibrantly colored great room. SeaHabilitate has tile flooring throughout, and it’s beach decor will help you relax and get onto island time! The great room is open to the kitchen with granite counter-tops and newer appliances, including a new dishwasher. The kitchen is appointed with all the cook and dish ware, along with cutlery, you will need to prepare your own special meals. There is also a gas grill outside for your use.
Sharing the great room is the dining room with seating for 6. A breakfast bar provides seating for 3 additional guests. The living room boasts a large flat screen TV with expanded HD cable. There is seating for 9, including a leather sleeper sofa, love-seat and recliner. SeaHabilitate offers high-speed WiFi for your use. You are also invited to borrow a book from our Florida themed library, with great Florida adventures, comedies and mysteries. There are also children and teen books as well as a variety of board games.
SeaHabilitate has 3 bedrooms. The master is a king with on suite with a large tile shower. The second bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom has a bunk/trundle bed featuring a full in the middle and twins on top and bottom. All bedrooms have their own TVs with HD cable. SeaHabilitate’s second bath sits between the other two bedrooms, with full bath/shower.
Back down the stairs, you can enjoy your own private heated pool with another outdoor dining area. The pool area includes lots of lounge chairs for soaking up some rays. When you decide to venture across the street to the beach, you will find beach wagons, new chairs, coolers, tent awnings, and beach and pool toys for your use. There is also an additional refrigerator located in the pool storage room.
SeaHabilitate has a washer and dryer, pack and play, and baby gates for your use. All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided. Come make stay at SeaHabilitate your vacation retreat! We have tried to provide everything you need to unwind, relax and SeaHabilitate!
While the beach is as inviting as ever, please note that the Fort Myers Beach area is rebounding from Hurricane Ian and not all amenities are available yet. Construction and rebuilding is present on the island and moving fast. The current status of restaurants and other amenities on the island is in a state of change and island amenities may not be available or operating.
There are many restaurants and shops a short drive north across the bridge towards south Fort Myers. The same is true if you drive south towards Bonita Beach. Water activities abound with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, para-sailing, etc. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sight seeing to experience.
The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.
